I will have to say.. I think that the Undertaker is. The Rock is a great legend but the Undertaker has been here for quite a long time and he is still here. If i have to talk about wrestling skill and style i will have to say that Undertaker makes his self look like a phenom and one of the greatest legends. The Rock is a legend. I like him. Don't get me wrong, but he is all about the acting just like John Cena. The Undertaker is too but he is balanced out properly. Great acting, although he doesn't show it much which is what i am looking for, and great wrestling skill. He is basically someone you will never forget.. He has been someone who always won at Wrestlemania even when he had just come to the WWE. It's staying 14-0 to him, a very long time for someone to win at Wrestlemania. He is probably the only one who ever went so far..

Here's why, NO one after Hulkamania and Andre the Giant has made a greater impact since the 80's. You can talk that The Rock is in his class, but The Rock has nowhere near the tenure dedication or overall ability as the Undertaker. When the Undertaker came in he brought in a new era of wrestling, He redefined the big man as someone that could also walk on the rope, jump over the top rope, and jump off the top turnbuckle. He has the longest Wrestlemania streak in WWE history, and he is a well respected guy, and the only person ever, to have a move that's named for him (Tombstone Piledriver) and the man to have a match named after him (casket). He has been injured several times and always comes back bigger and stronger than before.

Undertaker hands down Rock was good but not worthy of Legend status in my mind he had a 5-6 year career Taker is well over a decade and still going

Without a doubt, the Undertaker. Taker has had a much LONGER, more consistent career. I understand The Rock's importance to the attitude era and how popular of a wrestler he was, but I think he's overrated considering how short of a time he was really on top of the WWF.

The DEAD MAN !!!!!!!!!! He payed his dues and came up from the bottom an fought to get to were he is today. The ROCK worked his way up also but he had his Dad an Grandfather to help him along the way, both well respected in the wrestling world. But the Taker is still the top legend of the two. But not to take anything away from the ROCK he was good also, but he's gone and THE DEAD MAN IS STILL HERE.

Undertaker is better than the rock cause look at him his scary to the fans, he is unbeatable in wrestlemania he beaten the best of the best. He the greatest destroyer of wrestlers like wrestlers of the evil empire of McMahon. that's why he is the best.
