Assuming by worst politician you mean the most incompetent. For my money, it is a race to the wire between West Bengal's Chief Minister and Mamata Banerjee, leader of TMC. One doesn't believe in doing his homework and the other is a control freak, and refuses to listen to her more intelligent colleagues.
So very sad, as we all want West Bengal to prosper and the only way the state can is through these two politicians.

if have any method to choose the best among the worst it would be easy to answer your question. In fact we will be wasting our time by making effort in this direction, because all the worst politicians do not care about the ratings which we give, because we cannot change their habit's.

Seshan , true reformer for Electroral system in India, rated as one of the bad politician by the responsible Citizens of India in one of general survey...We do appreciate his honesty,hard work,Concern for doing good for majority of Poor indians to get good governence...But Who cares all these Good intentions...What We need is hard core corrupt Politician to make thier life happy at the cost of miseries of Poor literate Indians..We as citizens of India do not have have any self respect or concern for well being...We keep blaming the system and leaders or debate at lentgth in TV channels ..we dont do our even our prime duty ie to vote for Good person..So let all of us face the the consequences and live under all evils..Mera Bharath Mahaan Tha aur nahi rahegga ji !

Most of the politician are of that category. We can not rate or give grade to a person who are from bad category.

You can't tell all politicians are bad or otherwise everyone is good. Because, we get independence by best, good politicians and by freedom fighters.
So, guys. Think of it, who will become good politicians. And then press vote for them.
