Dont drop out i know it terrible at times but you need your education for whatever you want to do when you grow up.
and it opens those doors to possible careers too. Dropping out is not a good idea i know it gets hard to deal with and you sometimes just feel like quitting but hang in there getting an education is an important thing in your life! :)

You are right in the middle of two paths right now: drop out, or finish school and possibly go to college. Let's fast forward 10 or 15 years, shall we? You take the first road, a seventh-grade dropout, and the most you can do is say "Welcome to MacDonald's may I take your order?" or "Paper or plastic?" And this won't be for a couple of years, it will be for the rest of your life. Poverty is not a good thing and if you leave school now, you are condemning yourself to that level of life for the rest of your life. Now, if you choose the second road, 10 to 15 years from now, you can be in college, or making more than you would as a middle school drop out.

So, make your decision right now. Your older friends seem fine with not being in school now, but as years come and go, they will regret it. And once you leave school, its harder to go back. They will be most likely be living paycheck to paycheck or not even able to do so. And I'm talking the likely stuff here--there's a low chance that anyone of us will become famous singers or win the lottery, lets be truthful. I said all of this, but at the end of the day, it's your decision. Hope you choose the right one.

Hell NO! You are 12!!! You are not old enough to make this decision. Get your butt back in class and get an education. It is the one thing that is going to separate you from those people you currently hang with. You get an education, then a job and you know what's going to happen? You will be walking down the street one day and these "friends" of yours are going to be looking up at you from the sidewalk asking you for spare change.Go to school and really try to do good. You will regret it down the road if you don't do it now.

No, don't drop out. If you don't have an education you will probably never had a decent job. A high school diploma is not enough, most companies want at least a Bachelors degree. Think about your future. Do you want to do something with your life or be a waste?

Honestly, DON'T drop out of school. That's mental. It'll ruin your life and future. Don't follow your other friends. They're not living your life. You should. Going to school is way way better than working or anything else. Trust me. Listen to your folks. Parents know what's best for their children. You're feeling like dropping out of school because of peer pressure. Don't let your friends or anyone influence you. Take up an activity in school so make yourself preoccupied with things to do.

Ditching school is one thing... but dropping out is entirely different. I don't think it's a good idea to drop out of school. My dad dropped out of school when he was young and he's made it by in life, but not having an education kicks him in the **** all the time. Being his daughter and having to help out with paperwork pisses me off. You might think that you're smart enough as you are, but trust me - you have a lot of learning left. School may seem dull, but it's really not. Education has always been a top priority of mine because of my fathers condition. In high school I always ditched... and I got kicked out of my high school. which sucked. I didn't want to graduate with the kids I grew up with... but I really wanted to finish. If you're 12 and you drop out of school, what are you going to do for the rest of your life? It can get pretty boring and repetitive. And when you reach adulthood, you don't want to be flipping burgers and supporting children on minimum wage. You know? Education isn't only for your financial needs, it also forms how you are, your ideas and feelings. I think it's important for self worth. It's one thing to hang out and party on occasion but it's another thing to totally be a deadbeat. Maybe you should bring up this issue with your parents. Maybe they might agree for you to be home schooled. It might work out better for you. Don't give up on education though, I swear you'll regret it when you're an adult. I regret not graduating with the kids I grew up with... and I'm sure I would have felt way worse if I just gave up. Stick with it, if you are having a real hard time - discuss it with your parents or a counselor.

Don't drop out of school. You can take classes at home if you don't like attending classes. In todays world you need a minimum of a high school diploma to get a job.

I used to skip a lot of school back in the day and I regret it now.

Is school that bad? If things are not going well, ask your school counselor about home school programs. If you not go to school, you should still continuing reading books, and practicing math. The more you know the more powerful you will be. If you stop learning school stuff, it will be hard to make a lot of money when you want to buy a house and car. Go to school, when you grow up you will be happy that you did.

Don't do it!!!! You sell yourself short by dropping out. Without an education you will have a very hard time finding work that pays you enough to make ends meet. It may seem like a good idea now but your self esteem will suffer later on. You still have much to learn.
