This is a easy one to answer because he is so selfish!!! No they do not need KG kobe would just ruin a Great player like KG!! KG would get about 30 rebounds a game though with all the missed shots from Kobe Sucks!! Now all you kobe lovers give me a thumbs down!!!

First off Kobe is not and never was a ball hog. The term ball hog is a ridiculous to use in the NBA. The best player ever was MJ who took the most shots ever so what does that say? That says that the better player should take more shots because it gives the team a better chance of winning. It's not like Kobe's playing side by side with other scorers. The thing that annoys me the most is all these people who call him a ball hog never have an explanation as to why he is a ball hog and Jordan wasn't when Jordan shot just as much and got similar assist #'s. People just don't like him so they are making criticisms about his game. Like Charles Barkley when was he ever as good as Kobe anyway? As far as why is he playing bad I think it's due to all the criticism and the fact that his team mates get jealous if he's scoring a lot so they don't play as hard and would prefer to be the stars themselves. You see Kobe is the type of person that people will envy as opposed to Jordan because Jordan was more reserved and wasn't as good looking, had such a hot wife, suposedly cocky, or accused of rape. I don't think he raped anyone nor do I think he's too cocky. I'm not sure why he told the cops Shaq cheated on his wife he may have done it while he was scared and not thinking about that it would be made public so I think Kobe is getting a bad rap and hope he scores more points soon and gets a ring too.

If Kobe keeps on playin the way he has, the Lakers could be great if they had KG. Kobe dishin the ball to KG, or KG kickin it out to Kobe on the wing, how sick would that be? By the way, Kobe's playin some of the best ball of his life right now.

I have to agree on something though, He's not aggresively attacking the rim since he become the so-called facilitator.

he is not playing bad. he is now getting more assists than points because maybe he feels that now he should stop ball hogging

He's not playing bad he's just trying to stop being a ball hog. Once he combines the two he'll be unstoppable. Just be pacient and let him find his groove.
