How do i get my eye lids lot to look red(ish) ?
I have fair skin and my eyelids look dark, like a redish color. How do i make that disappear?
Its not like dark circles, it is my eyelid color.

If you don't want to wear makeup, try buying some chamomile tea in bags, brew two lightly (Say, for only a minuite), and let them cool before placing them over your eyes. Be sure to close your eyes for this and have plenty of time to relax. Laying on your back helps.
A cool damp washrag can help somewhat as well.
Your eyelids are reddish because the skin there is thin, and the blood vessels show well. The trick is to cool them a touch so that the vessels recede from the surface a bit more.
About the only thing to do besides that is use a little concealer the same tone as the rest of your skin, or a little bit of pale eyeshadow.

get a neutral eye shadow. or, get foundation and put it around your eyelids. It's ok to put eye shadow after that because foundation is a good base for eyeshadow.

You can use a light concealer and then foundation over your lids, but it sounds like you were blessed with naturaly eyeshadow :)

I'm afriad you're stuck with concealer or covering them with eyeshadow.
