Not very much, is being perverted meaning lusting every second of their life? No difference. Perverted as in wanting to rape, a big differences, but not really. We just want you to think that.

Are you talking of being a gay or a guy. A guy is just any person. As for being perverted in the sense of the word, is having an inclinination away from any normal person as can be construed by any prudent mind.

Being a "guy" is a more socially acceptable way of saying I am a pervert.

If she likes you, you're being a guy. If she doesn't like you, you're being a pervert. For example, if wanted, off color jokes, unexpected touching, and romantic advances are called flirting. If they're unwanted, its sexual harassment.
