The body can be rebuilt in an matter of a day using flight packs and mechanical lifts and soldering machines. The rest of the rebuilding can be done on the move provided the parts are transfered to the ship prior to leaving.

I say two month's the ship should be ready to go. In a week it should be able to fly. It is the advantage of having nothing but technicians on the space dock.

well, it was kind of weird that they had the B4 on the new Enterprise, and Picard was talking to him like it just happened. I guess that may be because of legal proceedings and what not, seeing if B4 could join the Enterprise. It's been a while since I watched it, I liked it least of the TNG movies.

I'll say 8 months?
