going out more often - shoots out the door like a bat out of hell. should i be concerned?

I believe u need 2 sit ur wife down and talk 2 her. Something may be going on as in cheating or maybe she has some things on her mind that she doesn't kno how 2 to 2 u about. Maybe she wants 2 have a little freedom but doesn't kno how to really tell u that she wants time alone.... U defintely shouldn't jump 2 conclusions right away u jus need 2 tell her there are some things u 2 need 2 discuss and obviously u're not 2 happy with her being so secretive and then take things from there. good luck!

Yes, you should be concerned. Does she intentionally pick fights to give her an excuse to go out? Is he going to bars? Does she stay out until all hours of the night? All signs that she is looking for action from someone else, and perhaps she has already found it.
If you have children, of course you need to handle this delicately. If not, I see no reason to handle her with kid gloves. But be careful. Her changed behavior could also be the result of mental illness. Believe me, I speak from experience. My wife had a manic episode that lasted four years during which she abused drugs and alcohol, and had sex with several strange men. She has never recovered from that episode.

dressing nicer doesn't worry me too much - could be seasonal. It's very cold!

the only questionable remark is: "shoots out the door like a bat out of hell" ------- where is she going? does she tell you? I mean...maybe she is running to the gym and doesn't want to miss her Pilate's class? or maybe the bank will close in a few minutes, or ... is she in a rush to get the kids from school?

... or is she leaving the house at 10pm to a night club?

usually when we have a suspicion it is accurate i am sorry to say that:( If you truly want to know I have a way you can find out! Go to walmart buy a DIGITAL recorder they are small and easy to hide. Hide it preferably under the seat of the car. Then you can check it. If she is seeing someone it is possible that they will ride in her car at some point. or she will call him from her cell while in the car. Make sure your ready for the truth though!

Try talking to her. She may be going through something in her life right now. If that doesn't work, suggest counceling. Bring her home some flowers or a card with something nice written in it for her. Try some compliments. She may just think that she is unimportant. Good luck.

self esteem is completely the deal breaker with some females. each morning once you awaken, seem at your self in the mirror and say out loud each element that is excellent about you. Do the on a daily basis and next element you recognize you're beginning to ignore your flaws. that's a commence, good success :)
