I paid for the item almost immediately via Paypal after I won, and the seller paid for a shipping label on Jan 9th, but still hasn't sent it out.

Should have been sent out by now. You'll often get the email saying that the shipping label was bought, but not get the "actually shipped" email until after you've received it. I'm sure it's on its way!

If you payed with Paypal 3-4 days should be the very most, anything after that is just bad business, There's a couple of sellers I won't buy from anymore for that.

I pay for my items with paypal also & it can still take up to 5 days. Its according to how often the person goes to the post office.

Depends on the item, media takes longer times, other items can take 2-7 days.
