I also applied for a job as a teller, and went a while with no response. Then I found out a friend worked there. I talked to her, and was called in for an interview the next day. Companies like to hire referrals from present employees. I have sinced talked to several other friends who work at banks - I never knew it. I got the job and I love it. Good luck to you.

if do have enough experience which the following employers sees in you that you have the potential, they'll surely give you a ring. however, if you dont have firmed credentials that suits on that position, just have to admit the fact you are not capable getting the job you dream of.
just an advised: better start a job at the bottom of the organizational chart of the company then, you'll never know you soon you reach the status you wanted, just show them all your courage and love at work.

go to the bank and ask to talk to the manager personally that will show them that you have drive and ambition
