Moodiness and cramps could mean: Period, miscarriage, or mucus plug forming (pregnancy). You won't know. Truth is, you could possibly be not getting your period due to being stressed out about being pregnant or not.

Calm down, take a pregnancy test 5 weeks after your last period, and stop worrying....you will drive yourself NUTS with anticipation.

Prenatal vitamins cause terrible heartburn (early pregnancy doesn't cause heartburn...that happens around 6 months down the road).

If you don't take prenatal vitamins, you have GOT to start now. Not taking prenatal vitamins could mean birth defects for your little one. Best to start them before you start trying to get pregnant.

(don't take vitamins at bedtime...it could really make your heartburn worse, and for gosh sakes don't take antacids the same time you take your vitamins...you won't absorb them)

And, once again, STRESS causes heartburn. Stop that worrying.

Take a home pregnancy test or go to the doctor!
There's always a possibility!

you probably are pregnant, but don't forget you can fool your body into thinking it feels something it shouldn't. I would not get my hopes up, but take a test to be sure.
