will not release the waste, drain line is clean shower is 5ft. away and drains good. Now when I release kitchen sink water after doing dishes the toilet gurgles air bubbles.

The sewer line is clogged. Is the toilet and the kitchen all in the same floor?
Try to unclog the toilets first by using a simple device called the plunger.
If that does not work, either use a plumbers snake if you have that lying around the house or call a plumber.

if you're getting air bubbles then you probably have a leak somewhere. You're going to have to crawl under the house with a flashlight.
