I want to be able to stop my kid from reading certain email, if it has certain keywords in it.
I need it for web based email.

I'm assuming you want to prevent them from being able to access certain web sites. Go to:
Tools
Internet Options
Carefully, check all options for Security, Privacy, and Content.
cl the Content tab
cl Enable
Here you can disable violence, nudity, etc. and, if you select "advanced," you can go further and protect this option with a password. (Be sure you remember the password.)
