First of all we have find out is it the just mistake, if it is mistake we have to allow him to contest, because every body do mistake, mistake is for the correction. Secondly he is a dynamic guy and sportsman, we have to give chance to such guys.
And if it is oposite, if he commited mistake, he has to be punished and we have to see if we stop him to contest what we are going to get and loose.
Every body has their own mind, thinking, capacity.
If we stop him, we have to find out from mr. siddu is he going to accept the punishment or is he going to fight against that, and on what way?

actually by the rule they placed in 1994 he can contest again, because it was not a MAJOR violation but actually just a MINOR one
