Last night I was wearing a sexy shelf bra and g-st., so when I was on top (after we were done) I was joking that ... hey that would be so cute if I tied a ribbon around each nipple, like a bow-tie.
I thought it was a great idea ... but he said ... "... and hang a baby shoe at the end"
p.s. you know...like at a baby shower.
well, today I was thinking about it ... and it made me feel less sexy, almost put down. Am I wrong to think this way?

Here's what I think...your husband was trying to be cute, but wasn't. I know what you mean. Sometimes, men should just keep quiet. They say things trying to be funny and sometimes end up offending us. They don't mean any harm. It's kind of like if he was wearing sexy underwear and you told him to put on pull ups, how cute, hehe, and he would probably wonder what the heck you meant...after the fact, probably on his way to work the next day.
Tell him how you felt just to let him know that it hurt you.

Sounds to me like he's thinking he'd like for you to be the mother of his children, and was romanticizing it in the moment. Stop over-analyzing and appreciate that your husband wants a family with you.
Geez, you make a joke in bed and he keeps it fun and nice and you feel less sexy? If you're going to make an off-the-wall comment like that, you need to be prepared for an unexpected answer. Sounds like you 2 have a nice relationship, don't go out of your way to interject a wedge.

I think the more confen. you are the sexier youare. dont let that get to you. keep trying new things that makes you feel sexy foryou not him....because then it will show to him. and he thinks your sexy dont wory

awww. i think it would have been cute but then guys like it sexy they would rather have you in a red or black g-st rather than a lacy cute pink one. its just them. they want it mature sexy rather than cute-sy sexy. just get fully naked and he'll love that. lol.
