Grossest thing you've ever seen?

For me (what I can think of at the moment, anyway) it was killing a horsefly that I didn't realize was pregnant and then seeing maggots come crawling out of it and squirming all over the place. It was sooooo nasty. My moment of triumph turned to a moment of horror. I was like "yay! I killed it!", then I was like "EEEEEEWWWW!!!!!! That's sick!!!!!!!!!".

a lady puking at her table and then continuing to eat like it wasnt there. it was a horrible sight
