If you spin those flax and sell them really late at night in a low number member's world you can sell them for 200ea. and make it 2mil.

Pick 100,000 flax and sell it for 100 each at Seer Bank, lol.
Nah seriously, the quickest way is to go on World 99 or 66. Go to the law crafting altar and there are people on those two worlds, that will trade you essence for laws. On World 99 you give 28 pure essence and get 28 laws back. On World 66, you give 27 NOTED pure essence and you get back 27 laws and 27 noted pure essence. But the lines are less on World 99. Laws sell for 300. Yeah I know people buy/sell single laws for 1k, but 300 ea is the going price. I made 100k in about 2 hours or so.
