Rub her back and hold her hair. It may not help the nausea, but you'll be the light of her life.

There's nothing you can do for her except what you're doing now...stay supportive and caring. She's very lucky to have someone so attentive to her needs. Congratulations to the both of you, and remind her that the morning sickness will go away. I know that this won't serve as much consolation now, but with my first child, I had the "morning sickness" morning, noon, and night for the entire 9 months. Then, "it's a boy!" My son is now 11 years old, and that's a faint memory. Good luck!

Be supportive!!!

She can try saltine crackers and gingerale. It really works, but after the pregnancy she may never want them again!

There are wristbands with marbles on one spot to press pressure points on the wrists.

Also, she can try to change her prenatal vitamin. That made me sick and I had to stop taking it.

Most of all, counting down the days untill it ends and sleepless nights begin!

You sound very sweet, but, there is really not much you can do at this point, make sure she has some saltines they really help and just be there for her, believe me when those hormones get kickin she will let you know what she wants.

First and foremost, baby her....treat her like a queen. Have her try saltines, ginger ale, peppermint tea, altoids (those worked for me), sour things. Those are all things I have heard that have worked for morning sickness. Everyone is different though.

Thats sweet, congratulations. Since u really can't do anything I would say be there for her, have some crackers by the bed she should eat before getting up.

Try having her eat some plain saltine crackers. It's not a cure all, but it helped me a little!
Good luck and hang in there!
It gets better...... promise!

Eating saltine crackers sometimes helps, but if that doesn't help there's really nothing else u can do!

Not much you can do. Just be super nice and sympathetic. It should pass pretty soon.
