We are all gonna have our own perception of this but mine is someone who is not artificial and is true to who they are. Natural and many ways laid back, not too hyper but laughs at jokes and knows when to be serious is an example.

That means that they are very chill...very laid back and are up for anything...only downside is that they can be wishy washy sometimes and don't care what you do and such as far as activities go
