Don't be afraid of. It's due to unbalanced body energy. Acupuncture is the best treatment. If you don't like it take pain killers for 15 days and do shoulder exercises. The shoulders and arms will be freed. Then stop pain killers and continue exercises. The pain will either stop, minimise or transfer to other hand. Remember there is no medicine to treat it, many times it disappears automatically.

I forget the name sorry but you need to see a specialist to do a nurve testing, i have that that and also a buring in my arm they will try a steriod shot to help it go see a specialist. are the initals of what I can't remember the name r.s.d.

Sounds like you could have a pinched nerve. Often it will go away on its own. It would be best to see a Doctor though.
