definitely confidence
nice, neat clothes (dont have to be name brand, some of the good ones are obscure anyway)
good skin
good manners
that's about it, mostly it's not about looks, it's about wittiness and lots of confidence (think scarlett o'hara in gone with the wind, the book says she wasn't gorgeous, but made up for it with brains and charm)
