he is also my 5th cousin and he told me that he was going to kill a kid and i'm afraid if i tell he will hurt me

Go to your parents, his parents, the police and the school authorities NOW!
All of these people need to know this NOW!
If this guy goes off and you have done nothing you will hate yourself for the rest of your life if this person doesn't end it some how first.

You should report it to the authorities or tell your parents right away. That is not a joking matter, and the fact that he told you means he needs your help to keep from doing something he'll regret. This is your opportunity to intervene and you should take it. If you are scared of him, be sure to tell your parents so that they can take the necessary precautions to protect you in case this kid really is serious about hurting someone.

Talk to him ... tell him that school is school. If you are not into learning there, get you GED. Get over it and move on! There's so much MORE to life then the dumb social stuff that goes on there. He may find a lot of great people outside the small universe that school has to offer.

try 2 talk him out of it , remind him how tell him how much trouble he could get into if he seriously hurt sum 1, if he still says hes gonna do it anyways or he doesnt care, u need 2 go tell an adult quickly. people can get seriously hurt.

Tell a teacher immediately! I know you don't want to "dob in" your friend, but imagine how you would feel if he actually brought a gun to school and shot about 10 of your classmates.

Let someone know, take preventive measures. The last thing you want to happen is something bad and you could have prevent it. And also think of it this way you saving someone. So please help your friend and let someone know at the school or at home.

Tell someone, anyone, everyone. You have to tell someone that you trust...parent, aunt/uncle, teacher, coach...anyone. Be prepared to tell them who it is and exactly what was said. This is probably going to be REALLY hard, but you need to do this. Your friend needs help before they hurt themselves or anyone else.

I believe the school and authorities expect you to tell an adult and you should, you wouldn't want it on your conscience if he hurt or killed someone.
