Both are important to the people affected by severe weather. The National Guard units are used in many diverse situations and you should be proud we have these dedicated men and women. If you are ever the one in need, whether it be from a hurricane or your livelihood being threatened as in the case of the starving cattle, you will be a bit more understanding and grateful for their help.
