The more logical choice would SEEM to be Bond due to the fact that he has the backing a world power whereas Batman, though a millionaire/billionaire, does not have the same level of resources.
I would place my vote with Batman, however, because he possesses a resource that Bond does not- social capital. Bond has burned many bridges in his sleep and drop method with numerous women. Batman, however, has focused his attention away from social distractions and honed his ability on his work. Additionally, he has a social network that Bond simply cannot compete with- Superman, JLA, and even his own little sidekick- Robin.
Let's take it a step further, if you will, by simply examing their resumes. Bond certainly has an impressive background for getting the nearly impossible done to include snogging the beauty at the end. What's important to realize, however, is that Batman is able to do much of the same (minus much of the snogging) and both does it in a much cooler outfit as well as taking on more supernatural/extraordinary foes.
In all- my vote to Batman. Sorry James.
P.S. Yes, we do have lives (strange as it might seem). We just do strange things while cruising the internet at night :)

The one thing that everyone here is forgetting is that Bond always comes out on top especially when the odds are not in his favor.
I'll take the new Bond/Bourne Identity in a fancy suit over Batman.

This is a good Question. I think Batman will win because he use lot of different type of tools & equipment to capture his opponents e.g to fly , he use claw rope & to hit , he use metal bats etc. But Bond only use guns .

Batman would win because he is more self reliant. His relies on his wits, strength and surroundings; James relies mostly on his penis and wits and gadgets.
James probably has more fun though.
