Why do the mexican boys stare at me,at mexico and at mexican restaurants?:(I'm not a racist or anything,I'm mexican too and it just freaks me out.Also at mexico,one boy whistled at me,and I'm only 12,and the guy who did that...I don't know I didn't see him.

Well,it's not all that embarrassing,or freaky but only when it happens...so this was the first time that happened to me.LOLZ So it's just a bit weird and annoying.xD

I have disabled son and people stare at us all the time.
I just say politely, "hello, how are you?" But I guess you cant do this in your case.
You are very young, and I bet you are good looking. Just ignore them. Take it as a compliment, dont encourage them at all, or they'll think you want them to be interested in you.
just toss your head and laugh, and tell them to grow up. It'll shock them.
Talk your mum or dad about them. I used to tell my older brother, even though he was a pain, he did come in handy at times.

Where I live in Idaho there are alot of Mexican - Americans, The population does seem to age very well, and this could be the reason the boys think you are older.

It's SOooooo hard to give a useful answer to this.
In a fairly sexist culture, boys are usually shown very few (if more than one) way to be manly, and to act around girls. Some of them like to freak you out - they're dangerous. Some of them want to talk to you (maybe) and have no idea how to get started, especially if they don't go to school or church or something where you go, too.
I'm sorry it's so scary.

Um, not to be rude nor harsh, but I find Mexicans quite perverted. I mean every race has perverts of course, but they are OVER popular in the Mexican race.
Everytime I encounter a Mexican he does the same thing to me..whistle, stare....HARD..., or try to say something to me.
I am not sure why..
You are only 12....I would tell your parents.

Perhaps you look older than you are. The young ladies sure are maturing faster than when I was in school. The Mexicans do like them young!
