See a gynecologist. It may be some symptom of a disease.

I would try shaving or trimming away some hair. If that doesn't work, you need to keep trying new products. If you look online you'll be able to find natural at-home remedies. They're kind of gross so I never tried any of them (I have the same problem and am planning on making an appointment with the gyn within this month so solve the problem), but other women have found success with these methods.
Also try RepHersh Vaginal Pre-filled applicators. They can be found at many local pharmacies, like CVS. http://ww.cvs.com
Good luck.
Oh and...
I hate when people answer questions right away without really READING what the person actually said. You clearly told us that you used different medications that were prescribed by your gynecologist, and yet people are suggesting that you see one. Brilliant.
Hope I helped.

One of the most common causes of vaginal odor is bacterial vaginosis (BV), a type of vaginitis.
BV results from an overgrowth of one or several organisms that are normally present in your vagina. As certain organisms multiply, they produce chemicals that cause a fish-like odor characteristic of BV. The odor may be more obvious after sexual intercourse. Repetitive douching disrupts the normal organisms that live in the vagina and can actually increase the risk of vaginal infection.
As you age, your odor naturally changes. Also, you may be extra sensitive to a smell that others cannot detect. Make sure you visit a OBGYN and not a regular doctor. They can rule out disease or infection.

Go to a different doctor, preferably an OBGYN. The same thing happened to me ten years ago. After lots of meds for both yeast and bacterial vaginosis, I finally went to an OBGYN who found I had very progressed pre-cancer cells on my cervix. Listening to my instincts and not the first doctor probably save my life. This can also help - make sure you are using Dreft to wash your underwear and try white cotton for a while. Douche twice - once with vinegar and water (you can get that in a regular douche) then with baking soda and water (you will have to buy an empty douche. That can help balance the pH inside.

Maybe your body is out of control due to the use of medications that you are applying down there. If you have yeast infections, try eating yogurt or apply it down there. It can be that your pH scale is off and need a little balance by adding a bacteria(yogurt) within your diet. You may have just a natural smell to your vagina, just wash before and after you have sex and baby wipes. They are handy when you are going through your menstrual or going to the bathroom.

The vagina isn't really meant to smell "clean". If you've had a change in its smell, then you should see your doctor because this could be a sign of infection or disease. If your doctor has ruled out these, and you are cleaning everything properly, then maybe you're just having a hormonal change. It's not meant to smell like flowers down there, and all these nasty products will just upset the natural chemical balance.

For a while about a year ago I had the same problem but there was no infection so I went looking for products. At wal-mart there is these vaginal supostiories that work really well they are beside the femine sprays. I would use those and the femine sprays. Also you could use pany liners and put some baby powder on it. Make sure the baby powder is corn starch kind though. Make sure you also keep yourself trimmed down there. OH and if you use femine spray make sure you don't get the sented kind it can make a stronger smell (but different).

It doesn't sound like this is something you're going to be able to "cure" on your own. You said you had tried medicines prescibed by your gyno, but they didn't work. Go back and tell him that the treatment didn't work so he can try a different medication regime. And if he still can't help you, go to a different gyno and get a second opinion. There is an answer out there, you just have to find the doctor who can give it to you.

Shaving will help. You could carry in your purse those moist towellettes and cleanse frequently. If you feel like the odor is coming from inside, a vinegar and water douche, they're sold as such ,should neutralize the odor.
Good luck girl.

You may be doing too much, not too little or something wrong.
Further, if you have or feel that you have chronic or repeated yeast infections, you need to be checked for diabetes. This is frequently the way that women are diagnosed with Type II diabetes.
