Helio is an indepedent company. You can find a local, or at least somewhat nearby, retailer by going to http://www.helio.com/. At the bottom of the page is a link to find a local retailer, you type in your zip code.

in the houston area, they are sold in Fry's and you can usually find them on ebay for 20-30 dollars cheaper...
