Sex happens under the sheets at night but it is not aired on television or on the net.

Yes they do, and they do it under covers so that it is only implied. Popularity of the program is because of the stupidity of the house guests, not just for the sex.

Don't know about any of the other versions, but on the US version its only happened once that I can recall - I think it was in season 4, but can't remember who it was. The whole thing was on the live feeds, but not much on TV.

The US version did. Only once. In the Australia one they seem to have alot of sex.
