For some reason the theater was full so I had to seat in the third front row, So the huge screen was on my face. And that is how I watched The grudge. I couldn't sleep for a week.

Two old movies that scarred me are The Hunger and When A Stranger Calls (the original 70's version).

No. But the COMMERCIAL for "Magic" used to terrify me. It was a 70's horror movie (yes, I'm old), and had a creepy talking ventriloquist dummy that scared the Bejesus out of me.

I also managed to see "Blair Witch" on tape before it hit the theaters. I had no idea what it was, and it had no hype yet, and it also had me jumping at shadows for a couple of days. I think if I had seen it after all the hype, it wouldn't have seemed nearly so frightening.

It didn't scare me but it did shake up a few people I know for over a month. The original Texas Chainsaw Massacre which was a true story. The movie is eerie as hell.

There was this really freaky movie from like the 70's about people that turn into cats. I was really little when I saw so I was paranoid for months. I wouldn't go anywhere near cats I didn't know.

the exorcist and the amityville horror. When her eyes got all white and she was growling totally freaked me out. In the original Amityville horror when he looks out the window and sees the two glowing eyes looking back really creeped me out. I try to avoid looking out windows at night because of this.
