If you're a shy girl, then it's not in question, you'll have to dance like someone's watching you all the time. If that's not the case, just dance according to the rhythm of the music. Move ur body accordingly. Believe me, no one cares about how you dance in a party. Everyone's occupied in their own little world as well. Try closing your eyes a couple of times when you feel people are watching your every move. It'll help take your mind off them. I hope this helps.

I'm not sure what the difference is. You should dance to have fun ... just, not if that means dancing like you are trying to earn money at a strip club. That's tacky.

Do your own moves. That's what I did tonight at the dance.
I do footwork. I learned via DDR. A simple move is a crossover step. Have a foot planted, then slide the opposite foot across.
Others include the cross-spin, space-and-slide, back-plant, Holicin' (movements in an uneven pattern), freeze-regroup-step, and MAXimise (quick movements).

depends where your at.if your at somewhere kinda formal then don't dance like no ones watching cuz people will lol.if you in a club dance like no ones wathing and like there is no tomorrow

just move your hips a BIT , and if everyone is dancing crazy start shakin it hard, but dont lose it cuz you'll look like a $lut.
