Coming from someone who is struggling to make ends meet, I believe that I would take a brief vacation with my family somewhere spectacular, and then return to my measly job, just for the sake of knowing that I have something but spending all that money to occupy my time. It is important to work and keep ones self from being idle. Always remember that idle hands are the devils gateway!Peace, love, and joy to you all!

I had to retire due to rheumatoid arthritis. However, if the issue were having plenty money, that would not prevent me from working. I coordinated a day and residential program for mentally challenged elderly and I LOVED every minute of it! I'd hoped to work at least well into my 70's. It was such a rewarding profession and gave me a great feeling that I was contributing to a much needed service.

I wouldn't worry about getting a conventional job, but I would love to work with some sort outreach/ advocacy / humanitarian program.

if I had the security of money, I'd love to bum it up and just wander the country and the world. I think about how in times pass people attained an education from the world. I'd love to do that. "Never let your schooling get in the way of your education", I've been cautioned.

who are you kidding, of course I wouldn't work if there was no "need" to... I'd do stuff, like shop, travel, buy properties and companies and stocks and stuff, and might do more self-expression than I have time to now, like writing, painting, etc. I might get jobs from time to time, just so I could have the satisfaction of walking out the door when the jerk boss really needs me to do something important.

Yes I would have to do something, I'd go crazy if I didn't have anything to do that would in some way contribute to society. I would feel like I wasn't being productive.
