aww.... on south of nowhere ( a tv show), the guy was alone with the girl just talking...and he mentioned that he just got a tatoo that really hurts...and she said let me see....and he opened his shirt and it read "PROM?" on his chest! it was cute....or the guy who asked me wrote "PROM?" with sidewalk chalk in front of my house then threw rocks at my window so when i looked outside i read it and he was next to it....that was cute too.... whatever you do, just make it creative and sweet - then your girl won't be able to say no!! good luck!

You should do something romantic like send her a card asking her to the prom. You should ask her before she is taken. Just be calm around her and take deep breaths.

keep it simple and basic. bob would say something like this
will you go to prom with me?
if you make it hard, the harder it will be to ask.
