It would depend on exactly what this entrepeneur does. A child with a lemonade stand can be legitamately considered one. You would have to specify exactly what type of business you planned on going into and you have to realize that most of these don't start actually make a profit for a while. The person that contributes is usually the founder and they do this at times by not accepting wages and then just putting it back into the capital of the company.
Plastic Surgeons make a great deal of money but once again this depends on the area of expertise, if they are any good, what kind of a reputation and clientele they have and what part of the country they practice in.

For an entrepreneur, it would depend on the type and size of the business. For a plastic surgeon, $200k is the average starting salary. It increases with experience, of course.

It all depends on what kind of business it is, where it's located and so on. Same goes for cosmetic/plastic surgeons. What is their specialty, location, experience?
