How fast kids run doesn't depend on height. it depends on muscle type (slow twitch, fast twitch), age, physical development and a long list of etceteras.

well i am asuming a lean muscular tall kid. 6'3" 180. SOunds good to me.

tall kids, because they have longer legs and are making bigger steps :)
