my laptop wont start up it just goes to a black screen it doesnt turn off and it wont even go into safe mode ?????

look around on the laptop see if you can find a small hole to restart the computer if not...call 411 and ask for the makers of that comp. and they can answer you the best.

1. Hold the power button in for 10 seconds
2. Remove the battery
3. Wait a few minutes
4. Re-insert the battery
5. Turn the power on to see if it boots
If the problem is not resolved you may need to take it to a service center.

Check to see if any components are loose, such as the hard drive.
but other than that. i have no clue. Can you get into the BIOS?
