You cannot change this "naturally," and there is no such thing as surgery to make your bone bigger. (The only procedure that can possibly make a difference will give you only about one-half inch, and that is by cutting a tendon above the penis so that it can be pulled outward or downward a litte more, and if I were you, I would not go messing around with something like that.)
Please pay attention to this: Your manhood has nothing to do with your penis size. People will "measure you" by the largeness of your mind and of your heart. If you love and respect yourself, you will be as big as you can get. Anything less is just pettiness.
There are a lot of jerks and idiots out there who have a big tool; the size of their tool does not make them better thinkers, workers, lovers, fathers, or husbands. And there are a lot of really nice guys out there who are well endowed, but the last thing they want to be known for is the size of their penis. That's private, you know?
So please stop torturing yourself about what you think you do not have. That kind of thinking will rot your soul and spoil your ability to enjoy yourself sexually and socially. Besides, 4 to 5 inches is plenty to have fun with. Start looking forward to what you CAN do!

Seriously there is no way to enlarge you penis.
Sure there are all kinds of rip off companies out there that will show you fake pictures of guys before and after but they are rip offs. Creams and pill are a no no waste of money they are not cheap and they do nothing but irritate your skin and affect your insides.
Pumps and such only stretch your you muscles and tendons that are not made to be stretched. Doing this damages the muscle and tendons leaving you with a sore penis and weak muscles so that you wont even have a working one then!
Surgery just cuts the muscles that hold the penis close to the body and who wants that!
Understand it is just a penis it works fine and brings the same pleasure if not more then every other one out there.
It is not the penis that is a turn on but the person, the man it is connected to and how is relates intimately to his partner and how he uses it!
Accept your penis, love you penis and love yourself you are or will be a man so don't let the media and society tell you that you are not up to standard.

Read some sex surveys on the net - you'll see that most women don't care about how big a guy's dick is (if anything, they say a fatter one would be better if they had to choose size-wise -- because long penises will hit their cervix and that hurts them like a kick in the balls). So, learn to be a good lover. Period. That is what a girl really wants, the whole deal, not a big dick. You'd really be surprised how many guys can't even kiss well. Much less anything beyond that. So master all that, and you could be considered a master lover by the girls you're with, without even ever putting your dick inside them.

When I was younger, like any other guy wants to be bigger. Now older, you realize thats how god made you and thats it. 6 inches and happy. You stop growing bout 23 years old, so maybe yr penis will get a boost still.
