Check with your state first, some states have no laws stating manditory break times. If you have a Union, check with your steward. Also depends on your age, under 18, child labor laws apply.

I am in Michigan and there is no law that states employers HAVE to allow break (rest) times.

Also, if other employees you work with get breaks and you don't contact your supervisor, if nothing happens go one step up the ladder.

tell them you are entitled to one as a worker.

if you work more than 4 hours, you are entitled to a 15-20 min break depending on your age.

an 8 hour day entitles you to 2 15's (or 20's) and one 30 minute break.

a 9 hour day, you punch out for an hour for your lunch break. along with two 15 or 20 min breaks.

if they still don't let you, get ahold of the corporate office if there is one or the better business bureau.

if you not have a Union go to the boss that is higher than your boss, but before you do that, ask your boss why you are not getting your breaks, be polite about it.
it depends on the hours you work, 6.5 hours = 1 meal period, 1 = 15 minute break
anything less than 6.5 hours work for the day = 1- 15 minute break.

that is standard, but check your employee handbook, they may do it a little different.

Good Luck!

Depends on your job. I get no breaks. I get no lunch period. But, I take them anyway, and fade no heat. Not every job is "entitled" to breaks.
