Chances are, only a few people really know and they're not going to tell. Its very beneficial for the terrorist to keep the idea alive that Bin Laden is alive. I personally believe he's dead. He'll be like Hitler, with reports coming out years after his death that he's been seen somewhere.
With the possibilities of forgery with today's video digital recordings, it possible to make it seem that anyone is still alive.

Of course I don't know for sure. If I did I might try to collect that multimillion dollar reward that's on his head. I would guess he is still hiding in the tribal (no man's land) of Pakistan.
There is also the possiblity that he is under the protection of the Iranian government and being hidden there.

He is in the mountains in either Afghanistan or Pakistan. At least that is what the media says. The French claimed he was dead, but this proved to be false.

Probably hiding somewhere in a hole in Afghanistan, but he should have been caught a long time ago instead of so much time being focused on the "WMD"'s in Iraq.
