Yes, that is if you mean intalling the dvd drive like you would a cd drive....

If you mean play a dvd, it has to be a dvd player. A dvd player can play both dvd's and cd's not the otherway around....

many pcs have a dvd drive you can buy them cheap on ebay or at walmart too. as long as you have a dvd drive yes you can view dvds on your pc.

assuming you had a dvd reader... which is just about standard these days. Cances are you have something like Windows Media Player to watch it with too (if it is a movie, that is..)
