I need quick cold rememdies.... anything, please help.

Something that is soothing and delicious. Go outside and pick a few handfuls of pineneedles or bring in a few twigs and strip them of their needles and put them in some boiling water to make a tea. Add some honey, maybe a very small pinch of cayenne pepper powder and some lemon juice. Yummy! Also, eat lots of fresh garlic, not by itself but like in salads.

Zicam is the only quick remedy I have ever used.
