ie When one person goes to the site they'll see one ad, but if another person goes there. They'll see a different ad in the same spot.

You could do it with a php script. Each person loads it and a piece of randomizing code changes the image to be displayed. So you'd have a good chance of a different image each time someone visits or refreshes the page.

You could create a background script that just copies a random image over a default one. Have it change the image every minute. It won't guarentee a different image for each visitor unless they come in a minute apart.

find a website that gives away free java scripts, and find one that rotates pictures, that should work for you
