Begin by recognizing that nobody is "stronger" than you. Learn to love yourself, to honor yourself, to accept yourself as the truly great and wonderful person you are. If you can accept yourself without judgment, then you will not feel others are "stronger" than you. They simply are whatever it is they are...as you are yourself. It is not fair to compare one person to another, each of us is unique in our own way. I can't jump as high as a basketball player but then I do have talents they don't have. I can't play tennis but I have talents. You may be taller, shorter, fatter, thinner than I...but I'm sure that I can do or I have something you can't do or don't have. Does this make either one of us "stronger"...or just different?

stronger how? physically stronger? or is this a social situation that involves emotions, will, desire or intelligence?

it may not matter - you can overcome anything. if it is physical, try not to be in violent situations. they never make things better. if you have to defend yourself, then hurt them. bullies hate to be hurt and once hurt will deem you an unfit target.

Don't make their thing (issue) your thing. You may hear what that person says...yet you don't have to absorb it emotionally. Just be aware that that person is a form of a bully, see them as that...and go socialize in another part of the room.

When they go to grab you, grab their wrist twist it around beng their wrist forward (towards the palm) and manouver their arm behind their back. This will stop them and it is virtually impossible to get out of.
