The US Government DID NOT plan the 911 attacks, PERIOD..! Think about it for a minute, if this were true, wouldn't the terriorists have bragged about it? That would have been the most news worthy story of the century and it would have been worth millions of dollars. Conspiracy theorists, such as you, should just move to some other country where you will, undoubtedly, feel better about yourself. Please make it a country that is controlled by terriorists, like Syria. Then try to voice your ill-informed opinion there. Get your head out of the dirt and get a life, PLEASE..!

I am not saying they did or didn't. If they did, it would have been for the purpose of creating the USA Patriot Act. I also don't feel that jgalligan should be so critical of the asker. I don't think that our troops should be in Iraq the way they were sent there. Only Congress can declare War. They cannot delegate that authority to the President. However they are there and by God I am going to support them. He should remember that one of the reasons they are dying over there is for the asker's right to form his own opinion and mine too.
There is sometimes a fine line between patriotism and blind patriotism.
Has anyone seen the documentary, Loose Change edition 2? It is enough to make you think.

I gave you a thumbs down. Even though I have had similar "questions." People are correct when they say it's just an accusation(sp) I can tell you one thing which is for sure- President Bush is at fault for not taking the Cia seriously about the 9/11 attacks- when they said it would occur. ( And they told him this atleast a month before the inital attack.) So Bush was definitely irresponsible.

Yes you are right. The US govt planned the attack because they were under strict economic pressure and the war against terrorism the only way out. When they claimed that they were the main aim of terrorists, they could shift all the problems there! They could sell more weapon, more countries request help from the only superpower in the world and they could do anything with their people just because there is a war!!!

Why people asked stupid questions?
The government DID NOT plan the attacks. The attacks were planned & carried out by Islamofascist terrorists.
You can ask this question a million times & the answer will be the same. Repitition doesn't change reality.

That's not a question.
If you meant, why did the government plan the attacks of 9/11, then I can answer that.
If they actually did, which I strongly doubt, it would probably be so that they have an quick reason to start the war on terrorism.

Do you really believe that? The government makes a lot of mistakes, but they didn't plan 9/11. That is one conspiracy theory that gets too much media attention.
