The duties are being transferred to whomever the First Party chooses, so the transfer would be to the: party/parties, entity/entities, or individual/individuals appointed by the First Party.

Sorry - your question is improperly worded. It should read, "Where can I find a book that lists synonyms for a variety of commonly-used words?" The proper answer, then, would be for you to "go to amazon.com (or similar) and purchase a thesaurus".

shift + f7 when a word is highlighted in microsoft word will bring up the thesorous and from there you can keep switching from your original word to other words if the list of words is not to your standards
