Yes, it is cheating. Just because he isn't actually engaging physically with another person, he is doing this by virtual fantasy.
He obviously has some sort of problem. I would dump his azz because more than likely he is not a monogamous guy and will continue the pattern.

Cybering IS cheating....not in the physical sense but emotionally. If he's asking female's to meet with him, that is definately crossing the line and she should start reveiwing her options.

Cyber sex is cheating no matter how you look at it... If you feel you have to hide if from your spouse or partner it is cheating plain and simple!!! If you know it is wrong and you feel guilty it is cheating.... Talk with him and ask him why and see if he feels it is cheating... Sounds to me like he is cheating and if he is not wanting to change and be true to you then divorce him!
