It doesn't really matter WHAT the person looks like... what attracts people to each other (both sexually and non-sexually) is WHO they are... their personalities.
Who you are is the most important thing. The way you act, treat others and behave.
Who you look like should never be a issue.
As for Shemales, they are just like everyone else... a human. While some had surgery, some were born like that which can't be helped. (sorry, I forgot the proper term for that... started with H?)
Some people find them hot... others don't... just like some people find big boobs hot while others think small boobs are hot, some people find mucle men hot while others think skinny men are hot and the list goes on.
