So far I really like the new series of Dr. Who. However I prefer Christopher Eccelston to David Tennant. Tennant is ok but too twitchy for me. I loved Eccleston's portrayal. His doctor was more appealing to me. No one spoiling Season 3 for me. I live in the US and just finished with Season 2. Who do you prefer and don't vote Tom Baker.

New series... both Doctors do humor great, but I would give the better MD award to Eccelston. I think he wins out when it comes to being serious and intense.

oh Kim ...

Christopher Eccelston did such a wonderful Portrayal of Doctor Who... Iand it was he that kept my whole family enthralled and addicted to the series ...
when the second series started .. my husband sat on the couch like a real grump and just would not warm to to.
LOL I even did the old BUT IT WAS ANOTHER REGENERATION line and said that had David Tennant tried to BE like eccelstone the whole show would have failed ...
It took a LONG time for us all to like Tennant .. we were too loyal to Christopher's portrayal .. BUT by the end of the series .. we appreciated BOTH actors portrayals ..

I can't choose ... I honestly can't ... I do wonder though how the series will progress without Billy Piper.

If limited to those two, Eccleston.
