Java. But it has a Google toolbar in it and I don't want it. There is a option, but says only advanced users should use.

U should download that update.
Once u have installed it, u can uninstall the google toolbar through Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs

If you don't want to install the Google toolbar, go ahead and choose the Advanced option, then proceed by clicking Next until you find the option to de-select the Google Toolbar. De-select it and then continue to click Next until you must click Finish.

first yes, you should do all updates as long as they come from a trusted firmware.
Now the option that says for advance users only is for selecting what other things that come with the update you want to install.
You should use.

By all means utilize your options. The last thing you want is a conflict with software.
