Try any cold cream or moisturiser
Apply it at night before bed.
Or else u can apply yogurt with lemon..it makes the skin look moist.

I'm sure that you have tryed "regular" lotions. I always tend to find lotions very time consuming and they usually don't work well enough for me. I have found that right after your shower, while you are still wet, rub small amouts of baby oil into your skin. I use the lavender scented one so I don't smell like a baby all day long. After you rub it in just dry off. Be careful the next time you get into your tub as it might be a little slippery. It really does make my skin smoother and helps with the dryness and is much much much fast then using lotion.

I have dry skin too, my face gets itchy if I dont use lotion. I use nuetragena oil free face lotion with spf 15. It works great and protects my skin from sun and uv rays. Even in winter you should wear some kind of spf...and for my body I like any vaseline brand my favorite is the coco butter.

The best trick is olive oil. It's been used as the number one moisturizer around the Mediterranean like forever. You can use it alone, by rubbing a few drops in and then using a fragrant lotion on top (if you don't mind the smell you don't have to bother with the lotion. it's not a bad smell, but i don't particularly love it.)
Or, if you're not into natural stuff and want to buy something, look for a product containing olive oil or something similar.

Beyond Belief makes these really great citrus moisturizer that does the job without making you look greasy. I have combination skin and it did wonders for me.

Just as important as what you put on your skin is what you put in your body. Stay hydrated!!! Drink lots of water!!! It is really important that you drink water. Other beverages may satisfy your thirst, but there is no replacement for good ol' H2O (and some drinks, I hear, like Red Bull will actually deprive your body of water).

for your hands and feet, put on an oil based lotion before you go to bed and cover your feet and hands with socks 9preferably thick) and mits (knits) respectively.

Hope this helps

Extra virgin olive oil used on the face 2-3 times a week is a natural beauty secret used for many years by some of the worlds most beautiful women. I use it and have been very happy with the look and feel that I get. It takes a few years off your looks, also.

i know exactly what you are talking about and it is hard. The absolutely best product to use is by aveeno. it is called aveeno baby and it is so great! it is so smooth and it has no drying alcohol and it holds in moisture it is also unscented or be sure to get the unscented one. it works instantly all over. i cannot stress enough over this lotion girly and i mean it. it is a little pricy like $7 but it is sooo worth it. you can find it at walmart or even Walgreen's in the baby isle only. good luck

Get some baby oil and add it to your bath water after you're done washing your hair. Or just apply it in the shower. You won't be oily because you will towel off the excess and your skin will be baby smooth. For super dry foot soles, put petroleum jelly on your feet at night and put cotton socks over them. In the morning they should feel much better. Petroleum jelly works well for ashy elbows too! Cut off the top of a cotton sock and put the cuff over your elbow to keep the petroleum jelly in place overnight.

On really dry skin, try using a body cream. Bath and Body works sell a great variety and they are great at keeping your skin moisturized. Good Luck!

You can use Vaseline and put on footies socks to sleep in and gloves in the day. Right after showering or bathing, you should put on your lotion or baby oil so it gets into your pores before your skin gets dried.
