I've been having bad dreams for the last 4 consequtive days. when i wake up I continue to be scared through out the day. My psych teacher says that my bad dreams are a result of me being scared of something in real life, I'm not quite sure what tho. In my dreams Bears are usually involved and I'm stuck and cant get away. The last one that caused shaking as if i was having a seizeur was when my friend was being attacked and i couldnt help her, then it switched from her being attacked to a woman commiting suicide and as i tryed to help her she reached out for me and then cut me in the back of my neck, thats when i woke up. Can someone tell me what the heck is going on here? Thanks

It sounds like you have a phobia of something, or a bad experience from the past, that is recurrent in your thoughts. All a dream is is a compilation of your thoughts from the day, from the past, etc....you only dream what you've thought of before. If bears are usually involved, did you ever have a bad experience with a bear or another animal like a bear? It sounds to me like you had some sort of experience with an animal attack.

bears = destruction, a curse from personal sin or inherited from family members, curse involves financial loss or hardship. Economic loss, Danger. suicide = selr destruction, self hatred, grief, remorse, foolish action. neck = will, stubborn, unbelief, authority. From understanding the dreams you dream by IRA Milligan. Nightmares are usually stem from a spirit of fear. Someone has to pray for you to be released from this, if not and the nightmares continue, you would then have to speak these scriptures over you every night to stop them. Psalms 91:11, John 14"57, Levitus 26:6.

Yeah, movies, and things that happened before in life. For example, in my nightmares, I find myself waking up to think that my average was five points lower than the one before. I would feel really uncomfortable, but eventually, I would go back to sleep. (Yes, that did happen.) Then, when I saw a horror movie, I woke up to like . . . things that were way scary, from like dead bodies in front of someone to like a haunted part of a house. O__O YES, I am still scared of those things whenever I watch those kinds of movies!!! =O So you must have gotten attacked by a bear before or watched a movie showing something like that. Try to find a movie that makes the bear someone GOOD, and cute, and make the main character's friend get saved or something. -___-

tension could be the reason, or maybe watching too many movies, even action movies could do that kinda damage.

spend more time with friends and family and watch something like tom and jerry and Mr bean. that should solve ur problem.

relax..... that's all nothing to be overly worried about....these kinda things are all normal, people have them at various stages in their life.....chill!

Sounds to me like your Spirit is trying to unwind the good and bad experiences in your life, so you can erase them and rejoin the Holy Spirit.
